FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Should I leave a message if no one answers the phone?

A: Yes! Due to the volume of calls between large and small animal clients, we cannot always answer the phone. However, we will return your phone call if you leave your name, number and a brief message.

Q: What if I'm going to be late or have to cancel an appointment?

A:Please arrive on time for your pet's appointment as this allows us to provide timely, quality care for everyone's pets, including yours. If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment you will be charged a late fee.

Please give us 24-hour notice for cancelling your appointment. If 24-hour notice can't be provided, you may be charged an exam fee. All clients who have three (3) no-show appointments and/or cancellations will no longer be permitted to schedule appointments and will only be seen on a walk-in basis if time permits.
